Tell us about your place

A few basics is all we need to start. Fields marked NA are fine if they do not apply. We reply on WhatsApp, usually within a day.

Seats you can offer per lunch or dinner, not your whole venue.
Preferred days to hostSelect as many as you can. The more you choose, the easier it is for us to fit a lunch or dinner into your calendar.

How we handle your data. Your details are stored securely and used only by the Mixtable team to coordinate events at your venue. We never sell them or share them with anyone outside Mixtable. You can ask us to delete them at any time by writing to hello@emails.mixtable.social.

What you are agreeing to. By submitting this form you confirm you are authorised to represent this venue, and that if we partner you will make it available for the dates and cover counts you confirm with us and honour the bookings we send. Guests always pay you directly. There is no fee and no lock-in, and either side can pause or end the partnership with reasonable notice. Full details are in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
